Heatree Activity Centre

Situated within Dartmoor National Park in South West England, Heatree Activity Centre is a Christian residential outdoor centre, governed by the registered charity Heathercombe Brake Trust. Through adventures in the natural environment, we focus on providing experiences for children and young people to learn about the Christian faith in a way that is relevant and inspiring to them. Regardless of their background, ability or step in their faith journey, individuals explore what makes them unique and what it means to put their trust in others. We empower young people with important life skills and teach them how to face life’s challenges. We believe that when young people experience challenging and exciting activities in the outdoors and within the Christian environment that Heatree provides, their minds are opened to a new perspective on their life and the world around them. Individuals are accepted and valued for who they are, and we believe this has the power to bring positive and lasting change to people’s lives.
