We provide care and collaborate with other organizations to integrate behavioral, health, and social programs to improve the quality of life and opportunities of individuals and their families. While improving the health equity of all communities in the state of Indiana.
We are a non-profit organization funded through several grants, including one from the Indiana State Department of Health. We provide 100% free services to clients who are living with HIV.
Services Provided:
Care Coordination (access to insurance, medications, medical providers, nutritional supports etc)
Prevention (free HIV testing and community outreach)
SPSP (substance abuse services for people living with HIV)
Housing (subsidized housing programs for people living with HIV)
