Health Creation was founded by UK Health Expert, Dr Rosy Daniel who has pioneered the proactive healthcare movement. Our aim is to shift focus 'From passive healthcare to proactive Health Creation' teaching, guiding and supporting positive shifts in health-defining behaviour. With our self-assessment tool 'The Picture of Health' individuals and entire teams can see where they are strong and where they are taking risks with their health and wellbeing. From here we can help you to create bespoke health action plans to generate empowered living, productive working and optimum health.
