Your IT Apprentice is there to be the conduit between you and your IT helpdesk. He or she will look after all the lower level IT issues that need an immediate resolution reducing the time your staff are unable to work on their computer, or do anything else that is IT based such as resolving a printing issue. The more issues the apprentice resolves, the more proficient they become and the more they become an asset to your business.
►DO THEY ALREADY HAVE IT SKILLS?
All our IT apprentices have gone through a six week traineeship providing them with core IT management and troubleshooting skills alongside employability skills, social media management and training skills to be able to run sessions with your staff on different aspects of IT and using their systems and applications helping your staff use their business software more efficiently.
►WHAT IF MY APPRENTICE CAN'T RESOLVE AN ISSUE?
Your IT apprentice is supported by an experienced IT helpdesk team for those issues that they cannot solve on-site such as a server crashing or support with a troublesome IT issues causing downtime for your employees
