Hawkins Contracting Services Limited (HCSL) was established in 2009. Based in Stouffville, Ontario, we are general contractors in the civil and landscape construction industry. Our team has extensive experience and expertise in such areas as municipal park construction, trail systems, pedestrian bridges, site servicing and grading, bank stabilization and stream rehabilitation, and streetscaping for subdivision and commercial developments. Our team has grown to 35+ members, comprised of experienced field staff, project managers, and office administrators.
