We aim to increase awareness of, reduce the stigma towards and try to reduce mental health suffering through our 12-week course of weekly hour-long facilitated #Me Meetings that are led by 2 trained voluntary facilitators. This is a valuable opportunity to incorporate friendly, face to face interaction regularly into your life and receive practical support and resources that improve self awareness and help develop emotional resilience.
#Me can best be described as the middle ground between chatting to your closest friends who perhaps can't relate and professional help which can be daunting, costly and inaccessible. Our 12 week course empowers you to learn, improve and grow. #Me aims to promote a positive mindset and encourage sustainable, healthy habits so you're better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
