This is not always possible so we provide clients with a profile page of appropriate local care & support staff who are likely to be allocated to you, where possible: this gives a precis of our staff, their qualifications, some of their training and includes a recent photograph. We also take into consideration personalities and anything that is disclosed during the assessment.
