El Pastor opened in Borough in 2016. The taqueria serves Mexican dishes with a focus on tortillas made from scratch in house every day. From Sam and James Hart and Crispin Somerville, the name is taken from the mighty ‘al pastor’ taco, ubiquitous on the streets of Mexico City and enjoyed immensely by Sam and Crispin when they ran nightclub El Colmillo there during the 90s and 00s.

An exuberant private members’ club, with two bars and its own restaurant, meets every requirement from dusk until dawn. Quo Vadis also boasts two handsome private dining rooms, both beautifully appointed and very well attended to. Tom Parker-Bowles awarded the restaurant a full 5/5 stars in Oct. 2016 and the restaurant was included in Sunday Times, The Dish’s Top100 restaurants in Britain list, 2017.
