Hardin County Hospice

Hospice is a special way of caring for people who have a limited life expectancy. Care is provided primarily in the home in order to enable the patient to be supported by family and friends. Care can be provided in the patients home, a nursing facility or assisted living facility. Our goal is to enrich the quality of life for patients and their families by meeting their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Our focus is on supportive care, with emphasis on relief of distressing symptoms. Mission: To provide quality and compassionate end-of-life care for individuals and their families regardless of ability to pay. Vision: To profoundly enhance the end-of-life for individuals by ensuring access to quality, compassionate hospice care.
