Our journey:
After 15 years of developing studies and research in 5 countries for more than 200 small, medium, and large-sized companies, HappyTrack, a French-Brazilian startup, was born from the sum of scientific knowledge and business experience with the goal of revolutionizing the way of thinking about experience management, reducing biases and conflicts of interest that hinder good customer service.
Our purpose?
To reduce bias in the search for solutions and create autonomy for recognizing opportunities in positioning companies towards a true customer-centric culture.
The startup was incubated in Tecnopuc, was awarded for the best Pitch in the Woman on The Road program, went through acceleration programs such as Liga Ventures, Inovativa Brasil, and Banritech, and partners with universities and research centers in Brazil and abroad.
