Habicon, Inc. is an energy efficiency installation contract administrator doing business in Texas. Habicon, Inc. secures contracts from Texas Utility Companies for energy efficiency programs. Habicon, Inc. and/or its management staff has been involved with energy efficiency programs since 1996. We are currently working with five Texas utility companies and have fulfilled or will fulfill 52 energy efficiency weatherization program contracts. As a business, Habicon has experience in overseeing the installation of a wide variety of energy efficiency measures, such as; attic insulation, infiltration measures (including but not limited to the replacement of doors and glass), weatherstripping, duct testing and sealing, hot water heaters, HVAC systems and other minor home repairs. In reference to marketing capabilities, Habicon has a vast amount of experience in managing and advertising these types of programs.
