HZ University of Applied Sciences is located in the South-West of the Netherlands. With a population of some 5.000 national and international students we are a small university with a personal approach. HZ offers high-quality study programmes. Since 2011 -so for the past 11 years- HZ has been in the top three of Dutch multidisciplinary universities of applied sciences. As a university of applied sciences we focus on practice-based education and research opportunities.
