H.W. Wood Ltd. was founded in 1982 and are proud to be an established Lloyd's broking house offering a wide range of specialist lines. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of H.W. International B.V. and are truly independent with the UK office based in St. Mary Axe, the heart of the London Insurance market. Initially specializing in the introduction of unique insurance solutions for major International Real Estate clients, the business soon expanded into Fine Art and Specie, Corporate, Construction, Marine and Professional Lines. We have created a wholly owned global network with expertise in 17 offices across the world and with clients in more than 70 countries. As a privately-owned global independent broker with over 300 employees, hundreds of millions of premiums placed into the global, composite and Lloyd's insurance market space, we believe we are uniquely positioned to provide our customers with quality insurance solutions, advice and personal service.
