In April 1969, Phil Dennis Enterprises Ltd purchased H&S Heat Treating, a small commercial heat treating operation. Today, we are one of the largest commercial Heat Treaters in Ontario certified to both ISO 9001:2008, and ISO/TS 16949:2009.
In 2013, H&S was purchased by IMT along with their sister company NMT. We are now a part of the IMT family, which consists of the Defense Group, Forging Group, Machining Group, and Transportation Group.
