We are a mobile Sports and Fitness Training Company. Our main purpose is to help kids gain full-ride athletic scholarships to college, and save parents time, travel expenses and frustrations in training / coaching their son or daughter. We serve all of the DFW youth to collegiate athletes in position specific movement, speed, agility, explosion and balance. Our Fitness aspect is just as imperative to us as we help women and men lose weight and gain muscle looking and feeling younger becoming more in-tuned with their bodies. We not only apply knowledge in the gym but also in the kitchen with our owner being a former collegiate athlete and 4-year Alkaline Vegan, spreading his knowledge.
