HOVA Flight Services is the premier FBO for accessing the Greater Richmond Area and Hanover County. We boast superior customer service coupled with a modern new passenger terminal, ramp, and hangar space. HOVA Flight Services is a full service FBO offering passenger services, professional flight training, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft avionics as well.
