H&M Tracey’s journey started 18 years ago and since this time we have
developed an extensive network of relationships, experiences and an
exceptional team that ensures our ability to design, construct and deliver quality outcomes to all clients across the state.
H&M Tracey’s history and capability demonstrates, first and foremost, a highly skilled construction and logistics company which can deliver the most complex of projects in a variety of environments. We continue to deliver, quality work for mining companies, oil and gas clients, the State and Federal government as well as a range of other entities.
Our ability to deliver projects is not only acknowledged by our clients, but also the industry. We are proud to be an award-winning business which includes the Master Builders and Housing Industry Association Awards.
As a Supply Nation accredited company, we are proud to celebrate the fact that, in our history, we have trained over 24 apprentices, 15 of which are Indigenous, 9 retained staff with 4 in management.
Over the last 5 years we have directly spent over $100,000,000 in the communities we operate within through employment and procurement of goods and services. These achievements were not delivered as a requirement of the works we undertook, but rather the way we do business.
On the back of these achievements, and the overwhelming interest in the way we do business, we articulated H&M Tracey’s Positive Generational Change Initiative. This initiative is more than just employment and training; it is the acknowledgement that through meaningful employment and support, the lives of people, their families and their friends can and will be benefited into the future.
