Human Factors and related fields aim to advance the design and development of complex systems for integration with human practitioners to make work safer, more meaningful, and more efficient. To do so is inherently multidisciplinary, combining knowledge from biomechanics, cognitive science, psychology, systems engineering, design, physics, and more. Our duty as a student chapter is to connect students and young professionals with industry and research professionals in the Human Factors and Ergonomics domain while also fostering a student community.
