Hereafter Ghana (My Hereafter Project)

Hereafter-Ghana (My Hereafter project) is a grassroots decade old organization working to promote social transformation in local communities. Over the past 10 years, we have relied heavily on local resource mobilization to champion development in communities. Since our inception, we have impacted more than ten thousand lives including children, women, youth and the disabled in areas of health, education, mentorship and sustainable livelihood, through local funds mobilization and volunteerism. Main Objective Contribute to the achievement of SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Vision Reduce illiteracy in communities, address root causes of sickness and empower the needy to improve their living conditions. Mission Provide social needs support and relief services to vulnerable communities.
