Hell & Back is an award-winning obstacle course challenge based in Killruddery, Co. Wicklow, with over 10,000 adults and 5,000 children taking part each year. Hell & Back is run by Alive Outside, Ireland's largest outdoor sports event company, and includes some of the most exciting obstacles and challenges Ireland has to offer. We convert the stunning Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow into an adventure playground, where participants must complete a 8-13KM trail route crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps.
