HDI Minnesota is specifically for service and support professionals. We specifically serve Information Technology service and support professionals. We understand the unique challenges and requirements of technical support desks and we seek to provide support professionals with the information, training and resources they need to succeed and grow.
HDI Minnesota’s monthly chapter meetings are always free to members and open to everyone in the technical support industry. Participants will enjoy peer-to-peer interactions at special events and regular chapter meetings. This allows members to share best practices and catch up on the latest industry information. At our chapter meetings, speakers present information on specific areas of interest to service and support professionals. Support Center tours are sometime available to allow members to see other support centers in action. Our Analyst of the Year awards program provides managers with a way to recognize and reward their front line analysts in a special and very meaningful way. To top this all off, HDI National provides members with access to discounted training, resource materials and more depending on your level of membership.
