The export company Grupo Denim, was founded in 1990 in Gomez Palacio, Durango Mexico. Grupo Denim has grown into a major manufacturer exporting finished products to the USA over the last 2 decades. In 2001, a new project was developed to create Grupo Denim USA, which helped to expand our abilities to offer full package & product development for the export market. As part of our operations in the America's marketplace, from 2009 Grupo Denim offers Laundry and Finishing services in a new and modern laundry facility in Managua, Nicaragua. A respected presence in the Mexican textile industry, Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal leads a group of companies under the Grupo Denim name. With family business roots extending three generations, he guides operations that span the United States and Mexico, as well as Central America through the affiliated enterprise GD Maquiladora de Nicaragua. His firm maintains strong partnerships with several major retailers in the U.S. Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal also maintains a strong presence in the real estate sphere through Denver-based GD Holdings. Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal and his executive team have overseen the development and operation of a number of highly respected five-star hotels and pursue strategic investment opportunities across North America. He oversees all aspects of projects as they go forward, from securing necessary permits and approvals to capital planning and development. Community-focused, Mr. Marcos maintains strong ties to the region that enabled his family’s business success and remains active with the Foundation for Economic Development of Coahuila.
