Greystar is a market leader in rental housing specialized across all residential sectors including Student housing, Multifamily and Senior housing. We have a fully integrated platform with in-house expertise in investment, development, and property management. We manage over $41bn in assets and operate c.740,000 rental housing units/beds across the globe, representing $220bn, and run a substantial Development business with over $21bn of projects capitalized worldwide. We have been growing rapidly in our International locations. We have presence in three key regions outside of North America, including Europe, APAC and South America. Greystar Europe currently comprises the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain, Greystar APAC comprises Singapore, Japan, China and Australia, and our presence in South America spans both Chile and Brazil. Greystar was founded by Bob Faith in 1993 with the intent to become a provider of world-class service in the rental residential real estate business.
