Greenoak Housing Association Ltd is a charitable housing association managing over 550 homes across Surrey and Sussex. Registered with and regulated by Homes England and the Regulator of Social Housing, we provide affordable homes for people to rent or buy.
Greenoak is a subsidiary of Stonewater, and manages homes on behalf of Stonewater, one of the largest social housing providers in the UK, owning and managing around 36,000 homes for more than 78,000 customers.
Greenoak have an award-winning track record in leading on environmental sustainability, working closely with our partners to increase the supply of affordable housing and creating sustainable communities. Greenoak is a member of the Good Homes Alliance and the Passivhaus Trust, as well as the Wayfarer Partnership. We are also a member of the National Housing Federation.
Greenoak Community Focus Ltd is a parallel community benefit organisation founded in 1985. It is not a registered housing provider and is independent from Greenoak Housing Association. It also provides housing for those in need and supports community groups and projects. Details of its community involvement can be found in latest sponsorship. All Greenoak Community Focus homes are managed by Greenoak Housing Association.
