In 2003 Greenleaf started with an alliance of Pork Producers from Nucleus genetics through commercial production to export markets and then moved to become a food exporter of Aqua‐cultured prawns supplying them directly to Japanese Retail.Aligning NPD and Customer Insights to improve carcase utilisation in 2005, we provided a strategic review and redesign of large retailer’s pork category and supply for increased value chain profit. Greenleaf designed, patented and installed Objective Carcase Grading ultrasound system that is now being used commercially for the grading of more than 70% of the pigs processed in Australia in 2007. In 2010 we developed a Retail Network Model and Strategic Business Analysis. Network modelling and financial analysis of Retailers national entire meat category x sku x store including processing costs, capacity analysis, logistics, shelf-life and capital investment options. With a focus on Capability Building, 2011 saw Greenleaf working on projects for a large Chinese mining company, designing, building and implemented cloud based mining management, training and certification software. We also partner shipped a Management innovation leadership course with RTO in development, delivery and mentoring within middle management to embed innovation processes.
