Established in 1991 Green Gourmet are a dynamic food innovation company, trusted to create and deliver products across food service and retail markets (and have fun doing it!).

The Green Gourmet portfolio of brands builds its reputation on award winning foundations, innovative factory processes and packaging design with the Queen’s Award for Innovation to show for it.
With its roots still in school catering by servicing local authorities and contract caterers, Green Gourmet built on the core business by diversifying into the travel and leisure catering market. Their hot hand-held snacks in the on-board (buy on board and complimentary) catering market have been served on flight such as British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Qatar Airways.
In 2007 Green Gourmet won the Frozen Food Manufacture of the Year Award for their innovation in healthier, non-fried breaded products for the school industry.
In 2011 and 2014 Green Gourmet won their first and second Mercury Award, for product innovation. The most recent of these being the first pre-packed portion of cod and chips that is served onboard an airline.
In 2015 the Green Gourmet team received The OnBoard Hospitality award this time for innovative packaging design.
Green Gourmet was selected as a finalist for the West of England Business of the Year award in June 2015, and selected as Gloucestershire Business of the Year in October 2015.
December 2016 Green Gourmet wins their 3rd Mercury award with their Sweet Potato Fries.
April 2017 Green Gourmet wins a Queen's Award for Enterprise 2017: Innovation
May 2017 Green Gourmet wins the BSA Technical Excellence Award
