Our director has 10 years’ experience in the education system with the majority of this time spent in a management role. His experience in the sector and time spent in different schools has given him the in-depth knowledge to give Green Drumm Personnel the ability to provide bespoke education recruitment solutions to the schools we work with. The frustration of not being able to secure the best staff for vacant positions was his inspiration to start this business and offer schools a consultative recruitment approach that will allow them to secure staff that will thrive in their environment.
