Grand Niagara Machine

Machining services provided for custom manufactured products. Capabilities include CNC drilling, CNC milling, CNC turning, thread milling, bar feeding, tool and die making, free hand welding, and TIG and MIG welding. Materials worked with are plastic, exotic metals, cast iron, Monel®, tool steel, and composites. Other materials offered are stainless steel, steel, titanium, bronze, carbon steel, Inconel®, aluminum, brass, and nickel. Machining tolerance is +/-.0005 in. for CNC machining and +/-1/32 in. for welding services. Short run and prototypes made available. Industries served are aerospace, agriculture, aircraft, defense, electronics, military, oil and gas, and transportation.
