David is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Tax Advisor, CPA, Certified Management Consultant, Registered Company Auditor and Justice of the Peace. We set up family offices, including corporate structures, tax strategies and the development and implementation of Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Memorandums of Wishes and Wills.
