Good Smoke Restaurant Group (Good Smoke Holdings, LLC) is a barbecue-focused restaurant company which owns and operates two well-known and highly-respected regional brands: Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q and Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Formed in 2014, Good Smoke Restaurant Group provides leadership, leverages resources, and creates scale to drive growth and create value for the two businesses. In 2015, the combined businesses generated revenue and EBITDA of approximately $195 million and $19 million respectively. Each brand has established a foundation for growth and plans to grow revenue through existing restaurants as well as meaningful new restaurant growth. This team is assembling the leadership and resources necessary to lead an annual business delivering $350 million in revenue and $50 million in EBITDA.
