A privately owned and Canadian company, Golfour and its predecessor entities have been in operation for over six decades. From humble beginnings in 1954 as a furniture retailer founded by Stanley Golvin, the company has evolved and grown into the diversified real estate development and property management business it is today. Golfour manages close to a million square feet of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are able to accommodate our tenants' growth, starting with units as small as one thousand square feet, and ranging in various sizes up to twenty-five thousand square feet or more. From independent enterprises to brand-name nationals and government offices, our properties appeal to a broad spectrum of tenants. Our retail plazas as well as single-occupancy buildings are strategically situated on high traffic nodes. Our industrial buildings are well located and situated within easy reach of the "400 series" of highways. Golfour also has a growing presence in the multi-unit residential market, currently with five complexes comprising a total of 280 units. Whether retail, industrial, or residential, our mandate is to provide service and responsiveness to the needs of our tenants. As owner-managers we're small enough to care and big enough to get the job done properly.
