Global Vision

Global Vision is a national not for profit organization that is igniting young Canadians through education and hands on experience to help create brighter futures for themselves, their communities, country and the global community. Global Vision actively creates partnerships between government, business and higher education to deliver programming that prepares students aged 16-25 to make a meaningful contribution towards a better country, as business leaders or development . We do this by first educating them at our work shops, then for a select few we challenge them to address real world trade and development issues first hand on international trade or development mission. Global Vision was established in 1991 and has trained well over 20,000 young canadians through our various programs. Our flagship program (Junior Team Canada) has travelled to 5 continents and more than 22 countries, including: Argentina, Austria, Australia, Brazil, China, Chile, Colombia, England, Germany, France, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Peru, the Philippines, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, United States of America and Vietnam Global Vision differentiate itself by providing youth with real world experience mixed with meaningful connections between business, developement, academic and student leaders around a shared goal. By doing this Global Vision fills a gap in the current Canadian post secondary education system, allowing students to apply their in-class learning in an entrepreneurial or development spirit by gaining hands on experience for their future endeavours as future leaders
