We start with Global PropTech Online and Global PropTech Leaders Global PropTech Leaders: The Leaders brand will first focusses on Europe and the big events. With Global PropTech Leaders we will bring together C-level within Real Estate from different countries. Main objective is to learn from each other and share knowledge cross boundaries. First event is on 13th March during MIPIM Cannes. Invite only. Global PropTech Online: - Open for the world, anybody can attend & be inspired; - Better match between PropTechs and corporate organizations; - Knowledge sharing & gaining about PropTech; - 40% emissions of CO2 that is why we need better buildings; - Save time: no travel, no hotels, focus on your topics; - No expensive booths, just online marketing; The last three years I spend a lot of time attending all the big Real Estate events in The World. It was really inspiring and I will keep doing this. Face to face contact is really important and will always be. But… Many many people are not able to go to all these events (for all kind of reasons). Most important is that we bring people together that would otherwise never come together. If we want to change real estate (we are the industry that causes 40% of the CO2 emissions), what means we need to empower a lot of employees. The only way to do this is to go online, we can make this happen. Global PropTech Online will be free events so we will reach 1.000.000 people within real estate from all over The World.
