At Glass Management we represent artists, producers and songwriters. We have many years of experience as managers in the music industry, which makes us competent advisors within all aspects of our profession - from logistics to strategic and creative idea development. We cherry-pick artists, who have personality, talent and potential – something we like to call the PTP-factor. ‘Personality’ is crucial to the way we approach music, and we look for the people who fit into the Glass family – the ones we want to share ideas with, create new music with and basically hang out with. ‘Talent’ goes without saying – you need to be good at something. ‘Potential’ refers to the probability of a commercial career. Our house (Glass House) provides the framework for a rewarding music community, where artists from different places are encouraged to cooperate and let new and interesting work emerge. Therefore, we care just as much about the personality of the artist as we care for his/her talent.
