Gladki Planning Associates (GPA) provides a full range of planning services for private and public sector clients. Formerly part of GHK International (Canada) Ltd., GPA continues the tradition of excellence developed over the past 13 years. Our award winning practice is focused on developing practical solutions for sustainable land use planning, urban regeneration, employment land policy, affordable housing, community improvement, and development approvals. We have developed strong expertise managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Our principals and staff have extensive experience working in Ontario, other parts of Canada and abroad. We understand the regulatory context for planning. We are committed to collaboration with many communities and stakeholders and have developed creative approaches to facilitation that involve participants from diverse communities in decision making (whether from different language backgrounds, cultural origins or socio economic groups).
