Gjøvikregionen International School

Gjøvikregionen International School (GIS) is a non-profit foundation established in 2014. GIS provides an international, English-language education of high quality in a supportive, multi-cultural environment, striving for students to develop to their full potential. We inspire learners to develop collaborative, creative, critical thinking and to build strong educational skills. Our vision is enabling students to become global-minded, responsible, contributing citizens and inspiring students to explore new ideas and perspectives. For the love of learning, we aim for students to become lifelong learners. At GIS creating a sense of community at the school, local and global levels is in focus. Making an contribution to a more equitable and sustainable world is key.
