Ghanshyam Tea Co. It is said that, 'A journey of thousand miles begins, with a small step'. Ghanshyam Tea Company was established in 2003, by Shri.Pankaj Bhaichandbhai Shah. But in fact, the first step was taken in 1938, when late Shri. Bhaichandbhai Hemchandbhai Shah started learning the intricacies of the Tea Industry. Later, as a continuation of the journey, he started his own company, in 1966. He had many notable achievements to his credit. His company became the sole auctioneer, for the Duncan Group of Companies, for Maharashtra and Gujarat, from 1978 to 1980.Additionally, his company was also sole selling agent, in Maharashtra and Gujarat, for other prominent tea estates, from 1975 to 1988. Since inception, an ethical business credo has guided, all the activities of Ghanshyam Tea Company. It focuses on fair business practices and delivering consistent quality, to the end-user. The response and trust of the customer is sacrosanct. The third generation of the Shah family, represented by tea enthusiast Shri.Bhairav Shah, has inherited this distinguished legacy. Shri.Bhairav Shah, a trained tea taster, realized that, the way tea is made and consumed had undergone a fundamental change. Consumers had many varieties of flavors, to choose from. Moreover, tea was being perceived as therapeutic. Shri. Bhairav Shah therefore took an informed decision, to leverage the company's core competencies of sorting, blending and tasting of teas, to venture into 'Fusion Teas'. The company's in- house blending and tasting unit has created, an extensive range of fusion teas, having floral, fruity and herbal notes. This new range has received encouraging response, from customers. Other activities of Ghanshyam Tea Company comprises, executing bulk export orders and catering to leading corporate entities. Orders are customized according, to the requirements of clients. Over the years, the customer- centric business principles of Ghanshyam Tea Company have remained the same. The company will always strive, to go beyond mere customer satisfaction. It will continue to introduce novel products, to focus on customer's delight.
