We work holistically with ‘grow girls’, or ambitious young women in their 20’s, online & offline, to help them gain clarity, confidence & control over their lives. We offer a unique take on personal training, with our 'Lift & Grow Girl' programme that blends the teamwork element of group training with the individualised aspect of 1-1. We also specialise in life coaching 'in your pocket' with our digital coaching courses. Our message is that a woman can be anything she wants to be when she commits herself to it! We see this in the holistic sense and help women to make their dreams happen, regardless of whether that be to achieve their first pull up or even start their own side hustle. The brand has evolved into a supportive community for young ambitious women seeking to find their 'tribe!'
