We focus on three scope of activities: - Regional Development: We position, develop and promote cities, regions, nations and sectoral clusters. When doing so, we develop entrepreneurial solutions for political leaders and public sector organisations. However, we do not simply identify ground-breaking approaches, we also turn them into reality when a client needs implementation support, acting as an outsourcing partner. Our track-record includes more than 150 successful regional development projects. - Tourism Development: We develop new visions for tourist destinations, we bring the relevant stakeholders to the table and we take responsibility for developing, implementing and managing the new tourism concepts. We make sure local service providers and funders are engaged and fully committed and we are also prepared to share the business risk as a partner.. - Business Development: “entrepreneurship as a service” or “co-startup” comprises the full range of services for our clients. We can bring a new dynamic to existing business models, open door to new markets and get involved hands-on in the daily operation of the business. As a “business development boutique”, we are fully committed to the ideas we propose and, if required, are willing to manage and co-finance implementation.
