We pair one-on-one coaching from experienced solar professionals with a fun, technology-enabled, highly interactive, and empirically-supported educational program to turn solar newbies into solar savants 10x faster. Using workshops, courses, and custom games, we teach and coach budding solar professionals into having the on-the-ground good judgment that usually only comes from extensive experience.
