Healthcare cost has become so very expensive and to a certain extend, unreachable for some people in countries worldwide. It has also reduced competitiveness for countries, especially South East Asia. { SEA } In order to counter this problem, we created a new primary healthcare ecosystem to bridge academicians, primary healthcare practitioners and consumers to build an effective preventive healthcare ecosystem. In this platform, health data such as personal genome profile, clinical data and life style data are collected and integrated with academicians to design a personalized preventive solution, that can be executed and monitored by a practitioner. Effective preventive healthcare can cut down 100 times the cost compared to treatment cost and also to avoid unnecessary diagnostic procedures. NexTx platform is based on "sharing economy" concept, is to fully utilize the under used resource among practitioners and academicians and a reward system which will be based on "outcome" rather than " process provider ".
