Gastro Cosmos S.L. is a recently established gastronomy group in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. It can be considered the most modern and creative gastronomy group on the whole island of Fuerteventura, combining artistic and ultra-modern elements with the highest food quality at reasonable prices. Our mission is to offer outstanding and unique restaurants and bars to the whole community of Corralejo and surroundings. It is essential for us to work with local products and offer plant-based food alongside traditional food. We started with the Cosmos food & astro bar in the shopping center El Campanario (Corralejo) that offers creative Canarian cuisine and is managed by our award-winning chef Rubén Pérez.
