Located at 135 Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010 with just 150 beds, we are flexible, responsive and better able to provide our residents with the level of care and attention they need and deserve. You’ll be pleased to learn that all of our nursing units have registered nurses in charge of each floor. There are also administrative nurses specially assigned to oversee all of the nursing functions.
