Gaming Ottawa

Gaming Ottawa (GO) is a unique not-for-profit organization based in Ottawa. Our group is dedicated to bringing gamers together through the spirit of community and competition. GO is enthusiastic about building friendships and creating rivalries through our inclusive social events and expertly-run tournaments. We are devoted to cultivating a local environment where gamers can come together to converse and compete. We are going to sustain a friendly competitive community for gamers in the area. This would include recurring events, both online and offline, for a broad range of games. These events will be both recreational and competitive, so there will be something for everyone. We also plan of have a two day annual BYOC tournament where all the games will be played. We will continually be striving to provide an exceptional tournament experience and we look to the community to give us the feedback to make this happen. The GO community is focused on more than just competition, we also will allow people to meet other people with like interests and be involved in an active community. Our website will be the main source to let the community know what is happening and to give everyone a way to socialize. Our forums are there not only as a place to socialize, but also to allow gamers to give feedback about the community, so that we can constantly improve it.
