GNARBOX was a technology company based in Los Angeles. The product was revered by fans on Kickstarter and an industry leading solution for file management and on-the-go photo and video editing. Founded in 2014 in a garage in Santa Monica, the company grew to a Series A backed group of 30 employees and hundreds of contractors around the world by 2019. GNARBOX was developed by a group of people who cared deeply about users and their experience using the product. Building the device, the software that ran on it, and the companion apps was a challenge and an honor for all involved. Many alums have moved on to work on impactful and innovative projects throughout the media and technology industries as a result of the experience.
