Our mission is to bring cloud where our customers need it. Public cloud is very easy to get going, but you have to sacrifice data control, choice of location and it can become very expensive as well. Traditional private clouds or hypervisor platforms on the other hand often fail or go way over budget - and most of the time do not deliver the agility needed for the business. They also had a need for a skilled infrastructure team that needs to solve hardware architecture, software virtualisation, storage and compute virtualisation. Only hiring such a team is already quite a challenge. Combining the ease of use of public cloud with the data control and location aspects that private clouds bring, is what we do.
