GHEPI Srl is based in Reggio Emilia, in the heart of the Italian Motor, Packaging and Food Valley. Since 1972 we have been designing and manufacturing precision mechanical components and aesthetic items for multiple industrial sectors through injection molding of polymeric materials. We have been a family business for 50 years and, in 2022, we welcomed a new partner: JSP International, French subsidiary of the Japanese JSP Corporation, acquired a stake to create an Injection Molding Center of Excellence to develop new Sustainable Products. Since 2011 we have been accredited as a Research Laboratory of the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network. We like to develop innovative projects and face new challenges in which we make use of the know-how, expertise and professionalism of our cross-functionals Teams to improve the performance and increase the competitiveness of our Customers' products. Our main value-added activities for Customers are: ➡️ METAL REPLACEMENT We specialize with experience since the early ‘80s. Working in co-design with Customers we achieved remarkable results in terms of: Lightweighting, Integration of functions, Environmental Sustainability, Reduction of Dimensions, Processing Costs, Leadtime and Time to Market, Freedom of Design, Performance improvement. ➡️ DESIGNING A CIRCULAR FUTURE We develop Sustainable Products through: ♻ Eco-Design for lightweighting, thermal insulation, of metals and materials replacement, LCA ♻ Polymers for Green Applications: Expanded, Recycled, High Performance Polymers ➡️ FULL SYSTEM SUPPLIER Our Integrated and Modular Service System offer our Customers the opportunity to RATIONALIZE AND SIMPLIFY THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT.
