G2A Ltd specialises in designing and manufacturing ground support equipment & specialist access solutions predominantly for the rail and aerospace sector. We modify road going vehicles, excavators and other large plant & equipment which is to be converted for use on railways all over the world. Our expertise also extends to the design and build of associated attachments for use with these Road Rail Vehicles (RRV’s). The team at G2A Ltd, has many years experience in these sectors and has completed projects from road rail conversions to full aircraft maintenance stagings, building purpose built machines for laying sleepers, welding rails, lifting panels, Scissor Lifts, MEWP's and many more. We pride ourselves in being able to offer the best solution for our customers needs, where performance, quality of build and reliability of the equipment will not be compromised. Our design team uses the latest technology in 3D design such as Inventor 2017 and using this software is to ensure the designs are the best solution ensuring strength is not compromised in anyway. The G2A facility in Pontypool is capable not only designing specialist products, but also the manufacturing of all process to build a quality product. Some of our onsite assets include a 10 x 5 x 6 meter shot-blasting facility, a 10 x 5 x 6 meter paint booth, a turntable and 50 meter railway track which allows us to carryout testing on our products. All our products are certificated to all engineering standards, as well as our own in house engineering code of practice, which ensures are skilled workforce produces consistent quality products.
