Our Growth The firm was first rooted in the recruitment service specializing in the IT industry. Having been serving a multitude of clients including Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, listed companies in Hong Kong, government departments and local enterprises, we then extended our service to the Telecom industry, followed by our Banking, Finance & Insurance Practice with great success. To further enhance our recruitment services and to place clients' interests first, the firm diversified its practices to include Sales & Marketing/Customer Services, Logistic & Shipping, Accounting, Human Resources/Administration and tailored recruitment service. Operating through our matrix structure organized by industry specialization and functional expertise, we successfully maintain close-knit relationships with our clients, candidates and among our teams. A majority of our clients are ‘repeat customers’ and many candidates come to us by referrals through words-of-mouth.
