Future Of Canada Project

The Future of Canada Project (FCP) supports new, multi-disciplinary research relevant to the future of Canada and amplifies the results to shape the dialogue, ideas, and policies that result in a better future — one that is more equitable, sustainable, resilient, and prosperous. The FCP is supported by a generous gift from Chancellor Emeritus L. R. “Red” Wilson ’62. Led by McMaster University President David Farrar and a governance committee, the Project is also guided by a group of Canadian trailblazers who form the FCP Council. The Council provides insight into Canada’s current needs and extends research impact by reaching new stakeholders, including policy makers, business and community leaders, and the public.
